Cell Filling and Finishing Lines for 21700 Cylindrical Cells

PEC offers systems for 21700 cells. The 21700 Cells are provided to our lines right after cell assembly, to start the required activation and testing processes.
PEC provides all specific equipment for the handling and processing of the cells, including cell specific pallets. Together they form the Automated Cell Activation and Testing Line.
A typical line for 21700 cells contains the following modules or units:
• Pallet loading units
• Soaking cabinets
• Formation and grading towers
• Degassing and final sealing units
• Ageing (Room and High Temperature)
• Cell sorting units
• Final inspection and packaging
