Cell Finishing Lines for Small Cylindrical Cells

PEC offers systems for small cylindrical cells, such CoinPower, 18650, 21700… cells. The cells are provided to our lines right after cell assembly, to start the required formation and testing processes.

PEC provides all specific equipment for the handling and processing of the cells, including cell specific pallets. Together they form the Automated Cell Activation and Testing Line.
A typical line for small cells contains the following modules or units:

• Pallet loading units
• Soaking cabinets
• Formation and grading towers
• Ageing (Room and High Temperature)
• Cell sorting units
• Final inspection and packaging
